The bedding

Insulation mats are very practical since they are lightweight and easy to transport. They block the passage of cold from the ground. They are not very comfortable, but padding can be used on top to increase comfort.
Blankets can be used as cover or as a mattress to protect from the cold and hardness of the ground. At low temperatures, blankets may not be sufficient insulation.
Inflatable mattresses are easy to carry and blow up if you have an electric pump. In warm temperatures, you can lie on one, but if temperatures are cold, you should use an insulation mat. This should be placed above the mattress and not underneath, otherwise the insulation against cold air won’t work.
A mattress topper takes up valuable space during transportation, but a crib size topper can be used for two people under the upper body and waist.
Sleeping bags are not a must have, but they are practical. They can be placed above all the options already mentioned.
Pillows are great if you have the chance to bring them. It will make a significant difference. Another option is to fill a pillowcase or sleeping bag case with your travel clothes and use it as a pillow.

Level floor

When choosing the place to put your tent, try to make sure that the ground is level to avoid the discomfort of sleeping with your feet higher than your head, or having one side higher than the other.

Heating the bed

A trick to make cold nights more bearable is to fill a plastic bottle with hot water. Make sure it is perfectly closed and there is no possibility of a spill. Place the warm bottle in your bed.

Keep it clean

Always keep the tent closed to prevent the entry of insects. Do not eat or leave food inside the tent so ants do not enter.

Noises

If you are sensitive to noise, consider bringing ear plugs.

Suelo a nivel
